Who It's For
- Restored Fuel Economy — go farther, longer, on the same fuel Fuel atomization promotes more complete combustion. Approx. 3% improvement (in-house road test). For equipment spending around USD 3,000/month on fuel, that's roughly USD 1,000+ saved per year (estimate, in-house test basis). 3% may look small, but it recurs every year — and grows with larger equipment and bigger fleets.
- Lower Maintenance Costs — make the engine last By fundamentally reducing incombustible residue (smoke / carbon), it prevents carbon buildup in the engine and eases the load and regeneration cycle on costly after-treatment devices such as the DPF, extending their service life.
- Clear Payback — pure profit after that Fuel savings alone recover the purchase cost; everything after that accrues as net profit. The more units you run (fleet), the faster the payback. Check your estimated savings via [Request a Quote] below.
In an accredited test by the Andijan Region Dept. of Ecology, Uzbekistan, diesel vehicles that had been failing periodic smoke inspection ("yomon") all shifted to "pass" ("Yaxshi") after DCM installation. Representative vehicle: smoke opacity 1.57 → 0.05 (approx. 97% reduction).
How It Works — installation
How It Works — DCM 5-Step Combustion Improvement

- Mounting A special coil is wrapped around the existing fuel oil (FO) line. Non-invasive — no engine cutting or modification.
- Wave Application The DCM module applies an optimized wave to the fuel flowing through the coil.
- Vibration This wave energy induces fine micro-vibrations in the fuel.
- Atomization Clustered fuel molecules loosen, allowing the fuel to break into finer, more uniform droplets.
- Complete Combustion The atomized fuel is injected into the cylinder as a finer mist, promoting more complete combustion — substantially reducing incombustible by-products such as PM, carbon, and CO.
Field Cases
· Soreuk-do Island generator, DCM-7000 install — two 10kW generators in a Yeosu island area (smoke reduction + fuel-economy improvement, eco project) · Doosan 15-ton class excavator, DCM install case

FAQ
Q. Does it modify the engine?
A. No. It mounts non-invasively on the fuel line and does not modify the engine.
Q. Isn't 3% a small effect?
A. The percentage looks small, but high-output / large equipment burns so much fuel that the annual savings are significant. The effect compounds across larger fleets.
Q. How can I trust the results?
A. Smoke results come from KOLAS- and Uzbekistan Dept. of Ecology–accredited tests; fuel economy from an in-house road test. We disclose them with their sources clearly separated.
Q. Does the equipment need to be shut down during installation?
A. Installation takes about 30 minutes, with minimal downtime.
